What is RETURN READY!?

RETURN READY! is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization initiated in 2009 to provide help for the unemployed. Our primary goal is to better prepare workers for the future by providing training and education in the Lean principles and concepts of continuous improvement. Through our outstanding classes and programs, we offer individuals the opportunity to receive our unique the RETURN READY!tm Lean Certification.

In addition to training individuals seeking employment, we help to facilitate connections with organizations committed to the implementation of Lean principles and interested in hiring qualified individuals who have received the RETURN READY!tm Lean Certification.

Innovative Approach

Our intensive week-long training program utilizes a unique simulation process designed to teach the principles fundamental to the Toyota Way of Lean manufacturing. Through hands-on activity, participants gain an understanding of how and when the concepts can be applied successfully to any level position in any business situation without exception. This professional the RETURN READY!tm Lean Certification process will give individuals trying to re-enter the workplace enhanced leadership skills that will add immediate value to their resumé and improve their chances of getting hired into better positions more quickly.
